Payments for subscriptions:

The only methods allowed for transfer of fees(charges) will be listed on this website. No other means can be adopted unless approved and displayed on this website. Sharing of payments receipts is mandatory if you are transferring to the bank account or payoneer manually.

Subscription Fees mentioned herein are for portfolios or funds worth $10,000 or less. The posted fees are minimum monthly subscription charges. For bigger funder 05% per annum of total worth shall be charged and an MOA will be signed between the investor and the manager based firmly on principles of Mudharba.

By signing this MOA, both the investor (Rabb ul Maal) and the Manager (Mudhareb) undertake the shariah compliant business activity (Mudharba) on terms mentioned hereunder:

1. The nature of Mudharba will be unrestricted (Al Mudharba Al Mutlaqah) wherein the Mudhareb has the freedom to choose the best business to invest in on his discretion.

2. The investor cannot pull out his/her funds before the term and frequency are settled. However, in case of urgency, after consultation with the Mudhareb, a premature settlement may be reached.

3. In order to continue enjoying the projected APY for next interval, the Autorollover offer must be taken three days before termination of contract. After termination, all parameters may mute.

4. Manager will ensure capital security only at the projected rate, more risk exposure can result into loss of capital but may fetch higher gains. Exposure is capped at 20% unless altered by consent.

5. Projected rate is based on the actual earnings of previous interval. A variation of up to 5% can be expected due to market conditions. ROR may change after every interval. In this case, quarterly.

6. Deposit and withdrawals can only be made to/from the accounts mentioned in the memo. For a change, a special request may be initiated by investor but is subject to mutual agreement.

7. Although variation in projections is rare yet the nature of contract is Mudharba; therefore, there does exist a possibility of variation of up to +/- 5%.
